​Taylor Press Products Operates two shifts.

Day - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 0530-1600

Night (Overnight) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 1700-0500​​​​​​​

• Machine Operator​ (Day & Night)

  • Operate Production and Ancillary Equipment including, but not limited to; presses, welders, lasers, assembly tools, material handling, and measurement devices. Previous Volume Production Experience Preferred​. 

• Robotic Welder (Night)​

  • Set-Up and Operate robotic weld cells, ensuring production and quality requirements are met. Previous experience operating a robotic weld cell desired. This position will begin with training during Day Shift (M-Th 0530-1600) and then transition to Night Shift (M-W 1700-0500) once proficient on equipment. ​

• Setup Technician I​ (Die Setter) (Day & Night)

  • Responsible for Setup and Teardown of dies in presses, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality parts are produced. Applicable experience required.

• Maintenance Technician I​ (Day & Night)

  • ​Duties include PM's, assisting other maintenance personnel on larger projects. 1+ Year industrial maintenance required.​​

• Maintenance Technician III (Day)

  • Requires existing knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery. Must be a licensed electrician with a minimum of 5 years experience maintaining industrial equipment.​

• TRUMPF Laser Operator (Day)​

  • Program, Set Up, Operate, and Troubleshoot a TRUMPF 1030 laser. Requires use of forklift and inspection tools. *MUST  HAVE at least 1 year of experience with TRUMPF TruTops Software​

• Production Supervisor (Night)​​​​

  • Oversee production operators to ensure safety, productivity, and quality requirements are met. This position also requires the use of a forklift to ensure direct reports have the necessary material. ​
